MTA uses video game to tackle subway delays

The New York City subway system could be moving along faster. So, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority has devised a plan to make major improvements to timeliness. The agency unveiled that plan during a video game-like presentation. Shorter announcements, more station platform controllers and reminders to move out of the way for riders getting off trains are only some of the anticipated changes.
