Mayor chides Jimmy Fallon for lame Philadelphia 'SNL' accent

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney is taking Jimmy Fallon to task for his lame Philly accent on "Saturday Night Live." Fallon and Tina Fey were portraying undecided suburban Philadelphia women while discussing the presidential campaign
