Massive blizzard targets New York City region

A massive blizzard of epic proportions is slamming the tri-state area Monday night into Tuesday. White-out conditions are expected as the storm potentially brings 20 to 30 inches (or more) of snow to the New York City area with wind gusts possibly topping 50 mph. The storm started Monday and will last into Tuesday, dumping as much as 4 inches per hour in most of the area.
