Killer's mother: He had psychological problems

The mother of the man who ambushed and killed two New York City police officers says he'd had psychological problems all his life, but his family never had any indication he would attack police. Ismaaiyl Brinsley's mother reportedly said she's horrified and "deeply sorry" about what her son did.
