Histories of mixed heritage Brooklynites

A New York museum is completing a multi-year project that captured the oral histories of over 100 Brooklynites of mixed heritage.  The Brooklyn Historical Society says the goal of "Crossing Borders, Bridging Generations" was to explore race, ethnicity, identity and cultural hybridity. The project, available in January, builds on the museum's 40-year-old oral history collection.
