If you call Brooklyn home, we want to hear your voice about the Brooklyn Strand.Along with Community Board 2’s Park Committee, Downtown Brooklyn Partnership is holding the second public workshop this Monday evening to offer local residents the opportunity to play a direct role in reinventing a series of disconnected parks and plazas stretching from Borough Hall to Brooklyn Bridge Park, known as the Brooklyn Strand.The initiative will also improve safety, create pedestrian and bike access,
