Giuliani tells de Blasio: Apologize to the NYPD

A former mayor has some advice for Mayor Bill de Blasio on how to move the city forward as tensions mount between the current administration and the police department: apologize to the NYPD.  Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who served the city from 1994-2001, and who dealt with his share of tense times with police, says de Blasio needs to learn how to be a mayor, too.
