Freezing rain, snow, sleet for NYC area

A winter weather advisory is in effect for the New York City area until Tuesday morning. A winter storm warning is in effect for parts of upstate New York and northern Connecticut. The National Weather Service's Monday forecast called for freezing rain, snow and sleet.
