A cab customer stiffed her driver on a fare and then bashed him in the head when he tried to make her pay up outside her home on Cumberland Walk on May 12.
The victim told police he picked the lady up from a casino and drove her to her residence near Park Avenue, but when they arrived, she only gave him $7 out of the $35 fee, according to a report.
The lout then ran into her apartm
