Flood Watch in NY, NJ for weekend

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for several counties in New York (including all of New York City) and New Jersey for the weekend because of anticipated heavy rainfall caused by the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill. The Flood Watch is in effect from Saturday evening through Sunday evening.
