Feds: 3 NYC men planned to join ISIS, plot terror attacks

Three New York City men are charged with trying to travel to Syria to fight for ISIS.  The NYPD had reportedly been closely monitoring the suspects over the course of several months. The FBI arrested the trio in Brooklyn.
