Don't fall for this fake 'IRS agent' phone scam

A tax scam is sweeping the country. Scammers are out there fishing for your money and getting a lot of it. So how do you protect yourself? Frank Garcia is a former NFL player who now hosts a sports radio talk show in Charlotte, North Carolina. He says he got a phone call from someone claiming to be with the IRS. The person told Garcia that he owed taxes and needed to pay the money or be arrested.
