Deadly shooting in East Flatbush

One of two people shot in Brooklyn Monday evening was killed, the NYPD said. The shooting happened outside 451 East 52nd Street in East Flatbush at about 9 p.m. A man and a woman were standing on the street when someone approached them and shot them, police said.
