Dead Stars share "Get Thru" from new single, playing shows

by Bill PearisBrooklyn trio Dead Stars just released a new 7" titled "Calm Punk," another fine, hooky example of their '90s indie rock worship/mastery, very much in the loud/quiet/loud mode. The b-side, "Get Thru" is more of slow-build anthemic ballad that still allows for requisite pedal-stomping.
