De Blasio at Vatican speaks up about climate change

Mayor Bill de Blasio is thinking green during a conference of mayors and world leaders at the Vatican. De Blasio announced Tuesday new greenhouse gas emissions targets for the Big Apple. De Blasio said New York was taking an interim step, committing to reducing its emissions by 40 percent by 2030.
