DA: Video shows cop stomping on suspect's head

A New York City police officer was arrested, arraigned, and released Tuesday on charges that he allegedly stomped on a subdued suspect's head in Brooklyn in 2014. Authorities charged Police Officer Joel Edouard, 37, with assault, attempted assault, and official misconduct, the NYPD said.
