Cop shot in East New York

An off-duty NYPD officer was shot in Brooklyn Tuesday night. The 33-year-old was sitting in a vehicle with a family member when he was shot in the left arm and suffered a graze wound to the torso, said police.The shooting occurred at about 10:18 p.m. in front of 737 Bradford St. Two suspects were attempting to rob the officer when the shooting broke out.The victim is hospitalized at Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.
