CONEY ISLAND: Coney blaze kills one

The blaze broke out just before 2:50 am on the 19th floor of the Sea Side Houses on W. 33rd street, fire officials said.

Police identified the victim as resident Vitaliy Narodetskiy. Firefighters pulled the unconscious man from the building, and paramedics rushed him to Coney Island Hospital, where he was pronounced dea
