A baddie flashed a gun at a guy on Lorraine Street on Oct. 18, police said.The victim told police he got into a verbal argument with the jerk between Columbia and Hicks streets at 2:40 pm when the about-40-year-oldscoundrel lifted up his shirt, displaying a firearm, according to authorities.
The guy feared for his safety and told police, officials said.
