Brooklyn ticket trap? City collects $72K from 4 spots

One area in Brooklyn is being called a ticket trap. The City has reportedly collected $72,000 in fines from four spots in under six months. The corner of 9th Street and Prospect Park West has what some say is  a very confusing parking sign. 625 tickets were issued in those spots. Each tickets $115.
