Some scoundrel tried to use his walking stick to rob a guy on Pacific Street on April 1.The victim was near Bond Street at 7:50 am when the punk waved his cane in the guy’s face and said, “Give me your phone, give me your wallet,” according to a report.
He tried to grab the cellphone from the victim’s hand, but was unsuccessful
