Bitter blast of cold for tristate

Dangerously cold temperatures and fierce winds are attacking the tristate region beginning Friday.  Wind chills were expected to stay below zero. The high of Friday was forecasted to reach only 15 degrees. Sunday could be the coldest day in 20 years with a low at 0 degrees. The region won't see temperatures above freezing until the middle of next week.
