Law enforcement officials say a dispute in Leif Bar at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 67th Street spilled outside onto the street at 4:20 am, where a 25-year-old cut four guys with a knife. Cops made an arrest at the scene and are charging the 25-year-old suspect with assault and criminal weapons possession, a law enforcement source said. The
