Artic air blast for NYC area

Bone chilling cold with dangerous temperatures is in the forecast for the New York City area this week. Temperatures took a nose dive on Tuesday. Strong wind and light snow fall should begin in the late morning with accumulation expected to be around 1-2 inches. The high is forecasted to be 29 degrees but with the wind chill it will feel more like the low teens.
