Artic air blast aiming for NYC area

Bone chilling cold with dangerous temperatures is in the forecast for the New York City area this week.  Temperatures were in the 30s on Monday morning but were dropping by Monday night. Snow is in the forecast Tuesday with accumulation expected to be around 1-2 inches. The high is forecasted to be 29 degrees.
