Arctic air blast for NYC area

Bone-chilling cold with dangerous temperatures is in the forecast for the New York City area this week. Temperatures continue to take a nose dive. The high on Wednesday will be 23 degrees. The wind is expected to increase making it feel even colder. The coldest air of the season will arrive Wednesday into Thursday. The high on Thursday will only be 20 degrees.
