Anti- de Blasio banner flown over NYC

A banner trailing a plane over New York City on Friday read: "De Blasio, Our Backs Have Turned To You." A photo of the banner was Tweeted by John Cardillo.  According to his blog, Cardillo is a former police officer. He wrote that he was contacted by a coalition of NYPD officers to share the photo and a statement.
