AEG Live reportedly acquiring Bowery Presents

AEG, which runs NYC's new Panorama festival, has reportedly acquired NYC-based concert promotion company Bowery Presents (who have been independent since 1993). This news comes a month after it broke that Panorama competitor Governors Ball was acquired by Bowery Presents competitor Live Nation.
