2 SUNY students charged in fraternity death

Two SUNY-Geneseo college students have been charged in connection with the drug-related death of a fellow student. Richard Rovner, 23, of Buffalo and Michael Green, 20, of Brooklyn were issued appearance tickets Monday on charges of tampering with physical evidence and conspiracy in the death last year of Alexander Davis.
