I-29 CLOSED Canada to SD

NDDOT and NDHP have CLOSED I-29 from the Canadian Border to the South Dakota Border due to snow and blowing snow which is creating near zero visibility and water filled ditches adding to the hazardous driving conditions.    Start Date: 4/11/2019 6:00:00 PM
