Hwy 17 CLOSED at Red River

NDDOT and MNDOT have CLOSED Hwy 17 east of Grafton, ND and Hwy 317 in Minnesota at the Red River.The roadways will be CLOSED until river levels recede.   Start Date: 4/9/2019 2:30:00 PM
