Where home sales are the highest — and lowest — across Charlotte area

After several months of consecutive gains, April brought with it a collective 6.3% dip in home sales across the Charlotte region.Though looking at the first four months of the year, sales are up 8% compared to the same time period in 2016. Just over 13,100 closings were reported from January through April, according to Carolina Multiple Listing Services data.
