N.J. PTA leader named Hunterdon fugitive turns herself in

Crystal L. Bernat, the former Union Township Schools PTA president who plead guilty to stealing $19,250 from the organization, has turned herself in, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office announced Oct. 18, 2016.
