Former SPU student sues Prosecutor's Office cops over rape charge that was dropped

A former Saint Peter's University student has filed a federal lawsuit against a group of Hudson County Prosecutor's Office investigators, saying that he was wrongfully charged with raping a fellow student in November 2014.
