Weekend storms ahead in Albany

Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase Friday into Saturday, with dry and
seasonable weather returning Sunday and Monday, the National Weather Service reports.Storms expected Friday afternoon and evening have a marginal risk for becoming severe, forecasters report. Saturday's storms could bring damaging winds, hail and locally heavy rain.
