Warrant Wednesday: Troopers focus on hot coin case

A 20-year-old accused of cashing coins stolen during a burglary is among the fugitives State Police say they are searching for as part of their Warrant Wednesday effort.Matthew R. Elsbree, 20, is wanted by State Police in Catskill on a possession of stolen property charge that accuses him of receiving coins stolen in a burglary and then cashing them at a Coin Star machine. Troopers said Elsbree was arrested on May 14, 2018 and never returned to court.
