Troy Council president charged with DWI

TROY — Troy City Council President Carmella Mantello was charged with driving while intoxicated after State Police pulled her over in Clifton Park on Wednesday night.State Police said a person called 911 to report that a driver was following their vehicle too closely and driving aggressively.
