Troy Council Democrats demand public safety study

TROY – The City Council’s Democratic majority wants to create a “Reimagine Troy Community Justice Services Work Group” to study public safety in the city and how it can best be delivered.The Democrats announced their drive to establish the working group after the July council meeting Thursday night when 58 email messages were received on the topic.
