Suspect slips shackle, escapes from Albany police

ALBANY - A man who was shackled in an interview room in Albany's South Station was able to get out of the restraint and walk out of the building Wednesday, police said.Joseph Fallen was brought to the station to be questioned in a domestic violence case, police said.Left alone in the room, Fallen slipped out of the restraint.
