Supportive foster housing proposed for Guilderland

GuilderlandThe town may become home to a development that would be unique to New York —a combination of cottages, rentals and townhomes that are meant for families who have either adopted or are in the process of adopting foster children, or for senior citizens who want to act as grandparents-in-residence to the children who live there.
