Supporters: Save Green Mountain College

A group of alumni and other supporters have launched a campaign to try and save Green Mountain College from closing. For help, they've turned to another organization with a similar experience – board members of Sweet Briar College. Supporters of that Virginia women's college in 2015 reversed a decision to close that school, which remains open.But challenges remain, including what has been a steadily declining enrollment amid a persistent deficit, which GMC President Robert Allen in January
