Storm expected to intensify Tuesday evening

ALBANY — The difference between Tuesday's snowstorm and the one from just ten days earlier is about a foot of snowfall, but the message from officials is the same — stay off the roads and be prepared.Towns and schools heeded the warning, a number of area school districts closing early Tuesday and communities declaring snow emergencies in preparation for the clean up.
