State's manufacturers grow more optimistic, Fed survey finds

New York's manufacturers are growing more optimistic despite the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the latest Empire State Manufacturing Survey released Monday.After two months of record lows, the index of general business conditions rebounded in June to -0.2.
