State: Clifton Park preschool lacks supervision, trained staff

CLIFTON PARK — The state license of the Bilingual Genius Academy is at risk after multiple inspections in recent weeks uncovered violations.The Moe Road preschool has been added to the list of preschools that have licenses pending revocation by the state Office of Child and Family Services. The decision was prompted by several violations that agency spokeswoman Monica Mahaffey confirmed are serious.Those violations, which were most recently noted in a Jan. 8 inspection, include insufficien
