Snow squalls pass through, wind will continue

A line of snow squalls passed through the Capital Region on Wednesday afternoon, making driving, walking and visibility difficult.Be sure to bundle up if you head out. The National Weather Service says the temperature will be far below the freezing point and once windchill is factored in it could feel like it is minus 18 degrees in Albany.
