Snow could make for treacherous afternoon commute

ALBANY - A snowstorm expected to hit the Capital Region on Tuesday could make driving difficult during the afternoon, forecasters said.Up to 8 inches of snow could fall. At points, up to an inch an hours could drop from the sky. Meteorologists say the worst of the storm could be over the region during the evening commute and visibility could be minimal during the heaviest periods of snow.
