Sheriff: Saratoga Springs man arrested for DWI at elementary school

WILTON - A Saratoga Springs man who was dropping two children off at Dorothy Nolan Elementary School was arrested for alleged DWI at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday after he struck another vehicle in the drop-off lane, Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said.
