Selkirk man wins $5M in lottery scratch-off game

A 29-year-old Selkirk man won $5 million from a Bankroll scratch-off state game from the New York State Lottery.Jeremy Stark, a father of two who works from home in the insurance industry, bought the ticket at the Shop N Save supermarket at 2481 Route 9W in Ravena..He was introduced Thursday at the store by Yolanda Vega of the state Gaming Commission.According to a transcript, the store isn't Stark's usual stop, but he was nearby and wanted to buy a frozen pizza for dinner.
