Second COVID-19 case forces closure of Schenectady County DSS building

SCHENECTADY — Schenectady County will close the Department of Social Service building for cleaning Friday after a second employee tested positive for COVID-19.County officials say emergency matters will still be tended to and phones should work though there may be a delay in answering.
