Schools closed, delayed as storm leaves messy commute in Albany area

ALBANY - The worst of the storm is over but forecasters say a mix of snow and sleet could leave a glaze on surfaces Wednesday morning.A winter-storm warning remains in effect until noon and the National Weather Service says up to another inch could fall before the warning ends.Most of the school districts in the region are either delaying the start of class or closed for the day.
